Q.What is EGGOG Powered Learning?

Q.For what grades is EGGOG Powered Learning appropriate?

Ans. The site is designed for College as well as K – 12 segments. Students and teachers have to click on the appropriate link on the landing page to view the content relevant to them. Students as young as kindergarteners and as old as 12th-graders rely on its K-12 resources. The college content is useful for high school students as well as Undergraduates. EGGOG Powered Learning is appropriate for a range of learning styles and capabilities.

Q.Is there a free trial for educators/Schools?

Ans. You can have a demo by clicking on the demo link on the landing page.

Q.What types of subscriptions do you offer?

Q.How do I subscribe to EGGOG Powered Learning?

Ans. Once you’ve chosen the subscription type that suits you best, you can subscribe through our online store using your Credit / Debit card.

Q.Can I change my account information (username, password, etc.)?

Ans. Yes. You can do it from "MyAccount" section after you login. However you can't change your username.

Q.I’ve purchased my subscription, but haven’t yet received my confirmation email.

Ans. Your email SPAM filter may have blocked the confirmation email we sent you. Check your junk mail folder to see if the confirmation mail has landed there. If it has not, email us at info@conedtec.com. Add info@conedtec.com to your address book to prevent your span filter blocking mails from EGGOG Powered Learning in future.

Q.How can I cancel my subscription?

Ans. Requests should be emailed to Customer Service at info@conedtec.com. Note that if you have pre-paid for a year-long subscription, we cannot refund you for the unused portion of that subscription.

Q.How do I recover my password if I’ve forgotten it?

Ans. Our “FORGOT PASSWORD” tool can help. Type your user name and click on “forgot password” link and your password will be mailed to your email id registered with us.
